Coach Jenny Smith

Jenny comes from a background as a personal trainer and currently works as a program manager for a major Boston health and fitness company.

​

Coach Jenny has completed many races of varying distance in running and triathlon and knows how important having a strong body is to accomplishing your athletic goals.

​

Once registered, we will send you a 1-hour at home strength assessment which Jenny will review and discuss with you during an initial consultation. From there she will work with your AYP coach to develop a strength training program that fits in your running/triathlon schedule  that will evolve as you get stronger/faster!
